I'm in the same boat at NSC. My EAD/AP(Aug 10) got cleared, but I do not know what happened to I485(July 18) appln. I called uscis, they asked me to wait for 90 days. Pls let me know if you nay updates.

You can scan the hard copy using a scanner to get a soft copy. If you don't have a scanner, you can use one at Fedex-Kinko store.

My company has just changed the rules. From now they are unwilling to pay the costs incurred in the visa extensions for the spouse.
Is this legal? Does anyone have any links etc that I can pass on to HR if this is illegal. Thanks.
Under the law, the employer is only obligated to pay the training fee, i.e. $750 or $1500. The rest of the fee including the H-4 fee can be paid by the employer or the employee.

I�m J1 visa holder and I�m planning on a vacation for Alaska cruise
during my grace period.
Here�s my trouble. I know J1 visa holder can�t go outside from USA during the grace period. But Alaska is also one of states of USA.
I also know that cruise visit to Victoria in Canada. But I will stay at my ship instead visiting Victoria. Is it ok to go legally? I mean �. can I go back to USA after Alaska cruise without any problems?

Hello, I'm Hyoung and I'm graduate student at Purdue University.
I handed in my paperworks to extend my I-20 before more than 2 weeks ago that is expired. But recommendation reason that my academic advisor wrote was not appropriate and that was "Keep studying Ph.D". I am planning to graduate my masters in August. And I-20 is expired on May/16.
Actually, I was notified that issue 5 working days before from ISS in my school that the reason is not appropriate and handed in a new recommendation form one day after when my I-20 expired.
At this case, do I need to follow applying procedure for a reinstatement with application fee $300?
I'm so depressed because I did everything that I could do to prevent this problem. But whenever I email to ISS of the school, the answer was that I should finish my masters within May/16 that is impossible for me. And Finally, they emailed me that I need to apply reinstatement now.
If there is some tips to resolve this issue that you can tell me, could you let me know?

Krilnon is right. I will clarify the whole making t-shirts thing later, but in a nutshell, feel free to set up a store and resell your own t-shirts if you want. If the shirt design is kirupa.com related and I (and maybe a few others) think it looks cool, I'll feature it on the site as well.
I have no interest in selling t-shirts directly or taking a commission or anything like that. I'll simply point people to your store (cafepress, etc.) instead.

You dont need to file 485 again. after i140 approval send a email to SC and they will include new I-140 and Labor in 485

Thanks for the opinions, guys. Maybe I can try taking shots of the dining room after I finish painting it. It's at least more colorful than the stump.:D
